Once you receive your new card, you will need to activate it and set your own PIN. Just follow the instructions in the letter or call us on 1300 995 710 (available 24/7).
If you've forgotten your PIN, you can call us on 1300 995 710 and follow the prompts to reset your PIN.
If you hold an Everyday Account, you can activate your Debit Card and manage your PIN directly through the myBOQ mobile app.
If your BOQ Visa Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please call Customer Contact Centre 1300 55 72 72 (or +617 3336 2222 from overseas) to organise a replacement card (this service is available 24/7).
If you hold an Everyday Account, you can temporarily lock your card or order a replacement directly through the myBOQ mobile app.
