BOQ shareholders can choose how their dividends are paid:

• Direct credit (Australian holders and New Zealand Holders) or OFX (non-Australian holders) - we pay dividends by direct credit to nominated bank accounts in Australia and New Zealand, for overseas holders, dividends are paid via OFX. • Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) - eligible shareholders can increase their holding in BOQ by having all or some of their dividends automatically reinvested in the Bank. Benefits of the DRP. How to sign up and full terms and conditions are detailed below.

Shareholders can change how they receive dividends by updating their details through the MUFG Corporate Markets (AU) website or by calling 1800 779 639.

Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP){yellow-border}

Shareholders can choose to have some or all of their dividends automatically reinvested in the Bank. By participating in the DRP, shareholders will receive the following benefits:

• Increase your shareholding; it's an optional and convenient way of increasing your holding of Bank of Queensland shares.
• No additional costs. The shares issued to you under the DRP are free of brokerage, commission and stamp duty costs.
• Shares issued under the DRP rank equally with existing shares.
