Bank of Queensland (BOQ) Group is encouraging customers in North Queensland affected by the floods to reach out for financial assistance if they need it.
All BOQ North Queensland branches remain open and stand ready to assist households and businesses.
BOQ Group also has a dedicated and experienced hardship team ready to assist customers across all banking brands (BOQ, BOQ Specialist, BOQ Finance, ME Bank and Virgin Money).
“We offer a range of practical measures to support people through these tough times, from deferring repayments to restructuring loans, to help you get back on your feet,” said Queensland State Manager, Ross Gillam.
