Account Maintenance Fee Waiver Terms and Conditions
^The Monthly Account Maintenance Fee Waiver (Fee Waiver) offer on the Everyday Business Account is available for new and existing customers who are approved for a new Clover merchant facility from First Data Merchant Solutions Australia PTY 51 115 245 531 and link their Everyday Business Account as the settlement account for their merchant facility. Customers must apply for the new merchant facility via this link https://merchants.fiserv.com/en-au/lp/boq-direct/.
The Fee Waiver will be applied to your account when BOQ receives notification from Fiserv that your merchant device is active, which is usually one to two months from the date your merchant facility is approved. Please monitor your account and if the offer is not applied after two months, please contact us on 1300 714 986.
The Fee Waiver does not apply if the merchant facility is linked to another BOQ account. BOQ retains the right to remove the Fee Waiver from sale at its discretion (acting reasonably) without prior notice but will honour the offer for any customer that meets the criteria above before the offer is removed. BOQ may terminate any existing Fee Waivers on 30 days written notice
