If your card is lost or stolen
You don’t need to have all cards on your account replaced if a card is lost or stolen, as only the affected card will be cancelled.
If your card is lost or stolen while overseas
VISA guarantees replacement of a lost or stolen card almost anywhere in the world within 48 hours.
Need help reporting your card lost or stolen? Call 1800 077 024 (+617 3336 2222 outside of Australia) and follow the prompts.
Report your card lost through myBOQ app and myBOQ Internet Banking
If you hold an Everyday Account, you can stop your card and order a replacement directly through the myBOQ mobile app.
1. Log in to the myBOQ app.
2. Tap the 'Profile' icon in the bottom menu.
3. Tap ‘Manage cards’.
4. Select the account you’d like to lock the card for.
5. Tap ‘Lock card temporarily’.
6. You can unlock it instantly by toggling the switch to ‘off’.
To report your card lost or stolen via myBOQ Internet Banking
1. Login to myBOQ Internet Banking
2. Select ‘Cards’ from the side menu
3. Select the card you wish to report lost / stolen
4. Choose ‘Report card lost or stolen’
You can also lock your card temporarily.
