If you’ve already started a BOQ Credit Card application and want to complete it, you will need to have your 17 digit application reference number and mobile phone handy. You'll find your reference number in the confirmation email we've sent you. Please note that we'll hold your application for 30 days, after this it will permanently be deleted from our system and you'll need to start a new application.
If you’ve already applied for a BOQ Credit Card and want to view the status of your application online, you'll be asked to enter your 17 digit application reference number, mother's maiden name and date of birth. You'll find your reference number in the confirmation email we've sent you when you applied.
Need to supply supporting documentation or not sure what you need?
If you’ve completed an application and wish to submit documents it’s easy. You can upload them all at one time or just upload the documents you have available today and look after the rest at another time.
When clicking on the 'upload' button below, you'll be asked to enter your application reference number, mother's maiden name and date of birth. Once this information is entered click next, and your application number will be displayed, from this screen select 'upload file' to finalise your document upload.
Your documents will need to be saved as a PDF, GIF, TIF or JPEG file with a maximum file size of 5MB.

Please note that we may need to contact your employer and/or your accountant to confirm your income and employment details, please let them know in advance so that we can finalise your application.

If you don’t have the above documents there are alternatives. Please consider your employment type below, and select the documents that you have access to. If you don’t hold standard forms of identification such as a driver’s licence, Australian passport or Medicare card, please call us on 1300 55 72 72, or +61 7 3336 2420 if you’re calling from outside of Australia, to discuss your application with us.
