We know many of our customers prefer to speak to us in a language other than English.
If you’d rather speak to us in another language we can arrange an interpreter to help you when you call us or visit a branch. The interpreter services are available free of charge.
Be on the look out for branch staff with country flags on their name tags. The flags represent other languages our staff can speak to you in.
We have key documents, such as “How to make a Complaint” available in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean and Cantonese.
