The Transformation & Operations team drives to be a multi-channel challenger via new channels and with improved services, Group Operations will support these changes whilst constraining expense growth, improving delivery confidence and reducing risk.
To be successful, the Operations division will operate with process efficiency and process outcome transparency, evidenced through service and quality levels that allow commitments to be confidently made to customers whilst ensuring delivery efficiency.
