We have roles available in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne for the below areas of Group Technology Internship Program.
Chief Information Operations Office (CIO)
The CIO Office supports the CIO and Group Tech Leadership team as well as the internal workings of the Group Tech division itself. It provides support across performance reporting, people and culture, strategic initiatives, communications, planning and management.
Information Security & Tech Risk
The Information Security team is responsible for detecting, analysing and responding to security events and incidents, targeting network infrastructure, sensitive data, intellectual property and employees. Additionally, Tech Risk tracks and maintains all reports and actions needed to achieve compliance against security policies, regulations, and audits.
Data & Analytics
Data & Analytics is responsible for delivering a modern scalable data platform that unlocks the potential of our customers and bankers. We do this through provision of trusted reliable data to drive analytical insights and informed decision making, as well as enabling better customer experiences.
Group Architecture & Retail Tech
This team is responsible for delivering the technology transformation agenda in line with Business Bank transformation objectives enabling technology change supporting our multi-brands; BOQ, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank. They are also responsible for shaping, driving and updating BOQ Group's Technology strategy against business objectives, technology innovation and capability.
Digital & Innovation
The Digital & Innovation supports the BOQ website and digital channels (mobile app and IB) including digital sales, digital analytics and generating new accounts.
Service Delivery & Group Services Tech
The Services Deliver team coordinates the whole service delivery ecosystem, covering internal and external operations which includes local on-prem and global cloud service operations. Our capabilities include service desk, incident and major incident management, change management and problem management, disaster recovery, service planning to name a few.
The Group Services Tech team are responsible for administration and management of the banks technology, information and data platforms. We also administer and manage our Modern Workplace solutions supporting our end users.
