eStatements are electronic versions of your statements and are the easiest way to get your bank statement. They’re easy to access, easy to print and easy to file.

BOQ Internet Banking customers

To register for paperless statements and stop receiving paper statements in the mail (excluding credit cards), just follow these easy steps.

  1. Log On to Internet Banking.
  2. Navigate to the Statement Preferences section via More - Other Services - eStatements - Statement Preferences.
  3. Select the accounts you would like to register for Paperless Statements.
  4. Click Accept.

BOQ customers without Internet Banking

  1. Register for Internet Banking.
  2. Follow the 4 steps above.
