Internet Banking update

We’ve given BOQ Internet Banking a fresh new look with a modern, intuitive layout. You’ll still have access to the features you’re familiar with, in a new design that’s simpler and easier to use. 

 

Printing You used to print by clicking the printer icon, however, you can now print receipts, transaction listings and other documents from Internet Banking using the print feature unique to your device or browser. To export an excel file to print, you can also use ‘advanced search’ to organise your transaction listing, followed by the ‘export all’ option to save it as a preferred file format to print.

Simpler delegated authority settings for business accounts 

We’re making it easier to manage your business account. 
Updates apply to BOQ Mobile app You can access your Internet Banking on the go with the same new look. 
SMS banking services To better protect your account information and keep it secure, we’ll no longer send account balances and transaction history via SMS.

There’s no action for you to take. You’ll continue to access and log in to BOQ Internet Banking the same way you do today.

We recently upgraded BOQ Classic Internet Banking with a new look and feel. We’ve heard your feedback, and have a few tips to help you navigate the features, tools and functions you’re familiar with.

  • How do I view my Credit Card balance?

    We’re aware some customers are unable to see their Credit Card’s current balance through internet banking. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused, and assure you we’re working to resolve the issue as a priority. In the meantime, you can click ‘More Information’ while viewing your credit card to see the balance on your most recent statement, as well as the minimum payment amount and its due date.

  • How do I print?

  • How do I get my Customer Access Number (CAN)?

    We’ve been getting in touch directly via email with details on how to log in. Please contact us if you require further support obtaining this information.

Important information

Before you use Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, you must view and accept the Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions. You will be shown the Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions the first time you Log On to Internet Banking. You can also view them on the Terms and Conditions page at any time.

Customer who hold an Everyday Account, Future Saver, Smart Saver or Simple Saver account will not be able to access these via Internet Banking. Please download and use the myBOQ app to view these accounts.
