Strong governance and executive sponsorship is key to our focus areas of our inclusion strategy. The Inclusion Governance Structure is supported by our inclusion council and affinity networks.
Inclusion Council: The role of the Inclusion Council is to govern implementation and provide oversight of BOQ’s Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Strategy.
Affinity Networks: We currently have several inclusion affinity networks in place and plan to build further working groups going forward. These affinity networks are designed to align the BOQ Inclusion approach to the needs of our people and their communities.
