BOQ is a strong advocate for supporting women in the banking and financial services industry. Our particular focus is on expanding the representation, engagement and development of women in leadership positions.

BOQ also has SPARK, the gender diversity network that regularly hosts internal events aimed at empowering, educating and encouraging BOQ employees, regardless of their gender identity. The aim of the network is to spark the conversation and need for change, supporting and advocating for gender equality by growing self-confidence, expanding connections and overcoming any bias that stands in the way of personal and professional development.
