The Multicultural Queensland Charter aims to promote cultural diversity in the workplace. Their vision of a unified, harmonious and inclusive community is based on eight key principles. As a Multicultural Queensland Ambassador program member, BOQ promotes and supports the principles of the Charter within our organisation by adopting best practice and embracing diversity.
