Customers Vote BOQ as one of Australia’s Best Banks

Banking customers have voted BOQ as one of Australia’s best banks in awards announced today by banking and insurance comparison website Mozo.
Over the 12 months to September 2013, Mozo collated 28,000 customer reviews and ratings across 188 financial services providers and used that information to determine their ‘People’s Choice Awards’.
Based on those customer ratings, BOQ was voted one of Australia’s top five banks and a top five savings account provider.
Mozo’s awards give banking customers a real voice in the money marketplace and, given the extent of customers’ responses, offer a genuine consumer survey on banks, savings products, loans and credit cards.
Banks are rated in a range of different areas including overall satisfaction, price, features, customer service, convenience and trust.
